It has been five Years since the Hundred Years war has ended, the Avatar bringing balance to a once broken world. In that time in what was once the Fire Nation colonies in the Earth kingdom have begun to organize themselves into a brand new country, the Water tribes of the North and South have reconnected after a century and the Fire Nation had stopped its global conquest. But even in this new era of Peace their are those in the Fire Nation who disagree with the change of government. From Pubs and meeting houses Whispers begin to mount as people wonder if the new ways are truly any better than the old ways had been. A storm is growing that cannot be stopped.

Lord Sung Yang struggles with the choices he made during the war, Ghosts from his past haunting his dreams. But as a new war brews can Sung let the past go and come to an Old friends aid? Or will he sit back and watch as years of progress are burned to the ground? 

Azula is broken and alone in a world that has forgotten her name. She often wonders what could have been if she had done things differently. Now as a new threat looms over the land will she change for the better, or will her old ways come back with a vengeance.

Heimat: a place that you can call home; a sense of belongingness, acceptance, safety and connection to homeland A decade has passed after the final battle between the Avatar and the Fire Nation, a decade after the defeat of their Fire Lord. It is a time of prosperity for most, but the crimes commited during the war couldn't be reversed. Benders were taken away from their families, people were slaughtered, their belongings, homes and land taken away. This, had been the instance when it came to the northwest part of the Earth Kingdom, that had went on to become the Fire Nation colonies. The people of the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom lived on in the land that was given to them and gradually, they became one. They collaborated and cooperated in order to live and so they got richer, learnt to depend on each other for their survival. By the end of the war, the people, even though they came from different backgrounds, were one. A decade after the end of the war, the Avatar is commanded to solve the matter of whether the former Fire Nation citizens need to move or not. Aang believes the nations need to be separated. The people in the colonies do not, hatred starts to grow in their hearts. The Avarar will need the help of a companion more than any other time, and there is no better person to aid him than the secret waterbender that's part of the Fire Nation fleet, the woman who risked her own life to get him to safety, even though this had been the first time they had met in their lives. NOTE: Any characters that do not appear in Avatar: The Last Airbender belong to me. The atla universe belongs to the creators.

COMPLETED! 'Aya's my angel and I'm never letting her go.' After seeing Azula strike Aang with her lightening, Aya's entire world fell into a black hole. She thought she lost her Avatar, her Aang, but after a miracle happened, Aang was brought back and she felt whole again. The whole world believes that the Avatar is gone and the Fire Nation has conquered Ba Sing Se, but thanks to Aya he is alive. Aya has discovered her true Fire Angel power and has full control over it, along with getting her Fire Wings. Ruka has finally found her long lost daughter and they were reunited after years of being apart. Aya felt joy and relief when she hugged her mother for the first time. Team Avatar has set foot in Fire Nation territory and are in disguise as typical Fire Nation citizens so they can put the invasion plan in action when the solar eclipse arrives. The team has to stay hidden incase someone sees Aang's arrows or Aya's wings. It won't be easy, but things have never been easy for Team Avatar. Aang believes he has to save the world on his own, but he isn't alone, he has his Fire Angel at his side. The Avatar and Fire Angel are not only destined to be with each other but are destined to save the world together. Allies will become enemies and enemies will become allies. With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending. After almost a year of traveling, fighting, friendship, love, anger, and heartbreak it's time for Team Avatar to save the world and bring peace back to it.
