a world in which where you are cattle to be eaten by demons. that scenario itself is already terrifyingly real. it gets even worse when a disease due to unrequited love exists.

you've read it in books. being a hopeless romantic, you would bury your nose in romance novels you could get your hands on in the library. during those days, you read a book about a disease of unrequited love.

it is said that the person experiencing this heartbreak would cry star tears, accompanied by a twinking sound of bells, or something of the sort. the victim would lose their ability to see in the process and may suffer memory loss depending on the severity.

although you had just read it, you never would've thought to have experience it. again.
