Mia Jones was the sole witness to a devastating tragedy that changed her life forever. With that change came a new perspective on life. She's very pro-black (which isn't a bad thing), she doesn't trust easily, and she's been very uptight and protective over her youngest brother for most of her life since the tragedy.

Now in her senior year of college, Mia has decided to take more chances then she's ever taken before. She's opening up and trying new things while also learning to loosen the reigns she has over her brother.

When Alicia, her roommate/best friend, decides to send her on a blind date, the guy is the complete opposite of what she would ever go for. However, she didn't realize he might actually be someone she NEEDED.

Add into the mix a cast filled with list of colorful college students and your given a recipe for drama! Mia's senior year is about to be one long rollercoaster of emotions but hopefully she'll come out unscathed.

"She's hot." "Yeah, I know. I'm kinda jealous..." "I'm gonna ask her out." "Are you crazy? You're asking for a death wish." "What's so wrong with me asking her out?" "Everything! You just can't." "Why!?" "Because she belongs to the king." - Mia White was just an ordinary girl that walked the face of earth. She was who people looked up to. She had good grades, was the kindest person you'd ever meet, and was breathtakingly beautiful. Everyone in ClearHills Academy loved her. But, there were also some who feared and despised her. Some people hated Mia because she was known as 'little miss perfect' and because she was claimed by the one who practically owned everything. Besides her best friend, Sarah, not many people approached her. Most people feared that if they were to do something wrong, it would anger him. And that was the last thing people wanted. Ace King was someone not to mess with. His father owns a powerful company that he would soon take over. He was what parents told their kids not become. He was the bad boy of ClearHills Academy. Ever since Ace first laid eyes on her as kids, she was what he wanted most. Mia was the only person who he'd drop on his knees and bow down to, she was the only person he cared not to be feared by. She was the only who could tame him. - "What is it dear? Do you want something else?" his mother asked, looking down to see his attention focused on something. Or rather, someone. "Her," he said, pointing at a girl, sitting on a small wooden stool with a book in her hands. "I want her." - ❝Everyone knows she belongs to him.❞ - WARNING [ contains mature language ] Highest Ranking #1 - 01/27/18 | Billionaire #1 - 02/01/18 | Romance STARTED on November 7, 2017

How bad could it be to enlist your female best friend into helping you lie to your Christian family about your new relationship with your male best friend and about your newfound sexuality? Not that bad, right? Right??? --------- Nova Queen and Arizona "Ari" Matthews weren't always close in high school, but after an intense and serious conversation in the library one day, the two become the best of friends until they go their separate ways their freshman year of college. Now in their mid 20s and freshly out of grad school, they are reunited in the park of their hometown where Ari asks a huge favor of Nova that she later wishes she had refused. But in the end, will she really wish she had refused? *FA spans a timeline from 2010-2020 to help the reader see how the relationships were built between characters in a partial series of flashbacks. It also helps the reader to really see into the minds of Arizona and Nova as they age, and the effect different life events have on them. It's a bit of a slower build and the plot is mostly seen a little later in the book, but I promise it's worth it. 🙂 *I do not own any of the rights to the music nor the pictures. *Rated M for language, sexual content, destructive behaviors, suicide, and dialogue that may be triggering for some readers. *These characters may do or say things that you don't agree or may get upset with, please remember YOU ARE NOT THESE PEOPLE, and their lives are a work of fiction and my imagination. His speed was faster than a blink, connecting our lips. I gasped into the kiss-- the feeling was euphoric. Our bodies molded together like two halves longing for their missing piece. My stomach was in full on gymnastics mode as fireworks exploded in my heart. It'd been too long, and I didn't know how I'd ever managed to be without him. Damn. I loved Ryan Davids. I'd never stopped. **************************** After nearly two years of being broken up, Simone Rich and Ryan Davids are back in each others' lives once again. No longer being the young, naive high schoolers they once were had the two former lovers prepared to spend Summer '19 completely disregarding one another's presence. Of course, that was out of the question. Unexpected guests, circumstances, and betrayals cause feelings to resurface. As memories become unburied, Simone and Ryan realize that distance does indeed make the heart grow fonder and dismissed flames don't mean extinguished ones. Let's just hope it doesn't take them the whole summer to figure that out. **SEQUEL TO COLORED IVORY... AKA PLEASE READ COLORED IVORY FIRST:)**
