The day started like any other day. As always, Janice has once again broken the rules of the house. She gets into an argument with her mom. They both stop arguing after they hear a loud thunderous noise. When they investigate what that loud and inescapable sound is they are shocked to see a huge dragon flying over the neighborhood. Janice runs out of the house to find her younger brother Danny. They were the lucky ones who got out because when they looked back the dragon had torched the whole neighborhood. After the dragons invade the earth, Janice and Danny's lives are forever changed. Everything that they knew is gone including Danny's right eye. As they fight to survive, they meet other survivors with their own devastating stories. That is when their journey gets even more intense. After the dragon's blood falls into Janice's mouth, she starts having strange dreams. In these dreams, Janice is being sent messages that she has been chosen to save the world. Will Janice be able to live up to the prophecy to save the world?
