Madilyn is what you would call a 'nerd', she gets good grades, she's socially awkward and a bit mentally unstable but who isn't? East Blue high, a school that thrives off social status. Unfortunately for Madilyn she's right at the bottom (you know it's bad when the weird kids with crooked teeth and glasses stand a better chance then you) Then we have Zack Rainford, one of those people who thinks he's better than others because he's good at sports, rich and popular. He might as well have been a king with the way girls worship him, teachers praise him, dudes wanna be him. All Madilyn wanted was to get away from him, that would be easy if he wasn't her number one bully. When an incident leaves her in tears, making a dangerous wish that Zack knew what it was like to be her for once, that he'd take a walk in her shoes. Of course she didn't mean it literally but you know what they say : BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. The Contract
Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun."
