The word suicide caught your attention didn't it? Truth is that it catches everyone's attention. It's the actions leading up to suicide that go unoticed. This is a tool to those who don't understand the world of the emotional crowd ("emo's" if you wish). I being one MYSELF, will explain as best I can what has gone on in my life to make me self harm and explain what may be happening to your loved ones aswell, or put you on the right trail to finding out. I will also explain to you what you as a friend, family memeber, or a person with a good heart can do to help, support, and possibly save your loved ones life in a case of emergency. Please relise that it's a serious issue and to know the signs of their pain. It can escilate quickly before your very eyes. So be aware of the pain those who you care about feel and strive to be the most you can for them. At the same time you MUST remember, anything that happens, is not and never will be your fault.
