"I don't know if you've ever watched someone slowly spiral.. or yourself.. But; you can't just sit and let it happen, so do something.."

Patton muttered softly, eyes cast upon the distracted logical trait who seemed to be curled up on the couch, book in hand with his eyes trained on the pages.
A soft sigh leaving the moral trait as he glanced back at Virgil and Roman. 

"We can't just watch him slowly lose himself.. it's not fair.." Roman attempted to cut in before Patton shook him off. "He told me himself;  'Whenever something gets better, it just seems to get worse..' I, well.. i didn't know what to say, i never expected him to open up to me.. but i told him that everything would be okay.."

"It's just so hard when it's a never ending repetitive cycle.."

"Logan-"

"I feel like I'm going crazy.. I can't remember the last time I slept.."

"I.. I'm here for you Logan, don't forget that.. we're here to help you through anything that's bothering you.. we're a family, aren't we..? That's what a good family does.. We support each other no matter what, we love you.."

Virgil has a secret he does not wish to tell the other sides, as he is scared of their reaction. But when Patton grows curious, Virgil tells him everything and the two start sharing secrets. Patton helps Virgil grow more comfortable and he finally grow confident enough to tell the others, Logan and Romans reactions are completely opposite, leaving Virgil to be slightly scared off one of them. Isaac (a made up side, immorality) is completely supportive of Virgil, and has a secret to share of his own. (none of the art in the cover is mine, Credit to whoever drew them! I love all the art!) Note: Some of these chapters are old and pre-written, I think the first three or so are older. Also, the take of little space for this story is different in the mindscape than real life. Everything is going to be alright, you don't have to cry anymore, I'm right here to protect you." Logan pulled me into another hug, and I was so glad he did because I really needed it. "Do you need me to take you home?" He asked me. I quickly shook my head no. "N-no, can we go to your place?" I asked trying to keep my voice from cracking. "But your parents don't like having you out of the house..." Logan took a moment to look me up and down. The tears on my face, the bags that were by my feet, the sudden phone call at midnight. "Patton, were you kicked out?" he asked, I slowly shook my head. "Are you trying to run away?" He asked again, this time I slowly nodded. He sighed and opened his car door. "I can't just leave you all alone. I know how your family is, you can stay with me for awhile and everything will be fine." He buckled my seatbelt for me took m bags and put them in the trunk, and then came back to kiss my forehead. "I promise."
