i love writing poetry. it has been my coping mechanism and a way of emotional expression for many years. when i have feelings for a girl, i write a poem. when i'm having a mental breakdown, i write a poem. when i'm figuring out my thoughts, i write a poem. sometimes i'll write some for fun, or just because.
most of them come from raw emotions. i write the words as they come to me in my free verse poems and i do very little editing. any editing done is changing up a single word in one spot.
tw; mental illness, internalized homophobia, and focus on deep emotional pain is a frequent mention in my poems.

This is a book of poetry. Basically my emotions unleashed through words. That is how I see poetry. Sometimes what we think about and processes in our head is to much. I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong. I don't care what you think about my writing because it's part of me and this is how i'm choosing to show you who I am. I was bullied. I did have my heart broken. I have came back stronger.
