A group of run-aways and vagabonds. Elsa becomes the city wide fear and a bed time story to frighten children into obedience. Then, a mass-murderer escapes prison and goes after one person, Elsa. How will she survive detection of her identity, and escape the mass-murderer bent on killing her?
