The Girl From the Woods

Elle has lived deep inside the woods with her brother ever since her parents disappeared when she was eight years old. Elle doesn't understand many things, like why her brother never lets her leave the woods alone, or why he never lets her practice her abilities outside of the walls of their cottage.

Elle is an elemental. She has the ability to control and bend to her will one of the four elements, her's being water.

While being an elemental is an extremely rare gift, Elle's brother is the only one who knows about it, and if it's up to him, it'll stay that way.

However many things start to change when Elle starts to feel eyes on her within the woods that she has always felt safe in. Then just like her parents, she disappears.

After being exiled from his pack for making a mistake as a teenager, Jacin has attempted to win back his packs favor throughout the years. However, after many attempts Jacin realizes that he will never be able to regain their favor while his brother is alpha.

So Jacin strikes up a deal with the dark ones, powerful beings who have the ability to control others thoughts, thus controlling them. The dark ones wish to annihilate any elementals left, knowing that elementals have an ability that could destroy them. Jacin has been tasked with taking out any remaining elementals. If Jacin does what they say, they have promised to help him regain favor in his pack and overthrow his brother.

Little does he know that his next assignment may be the only person he doesn't want to destroy.
