Helen of Sparta was taken agianst her will by Aphrodite and the scheming Paris. The stories tell of the war to regain her, as though she were an object. They sing of the wrath of achellies and the fury of Agamemnon, and the lust of Paris.
Leave off the men who did not care to know her.
