Katherine W. Blank is the best children's novelist, winning many book awards for her book series. But her personal life is another story, as she is a single mother and is in debt of losing her house, as she has written nothing new. 

But one day, after breaking her laptop, she buys an odd-looking one called the Peach Buddy 1 from a yard sale run by a scientist, Ben Boomer who warns her to not stay on it for more than one hour or she will be sucked in for life, as it controlled by the power of a virus called "The Writer's Cube" that will "write her from existence" after being trapped and a "pixelated cartoon character" for seven days. 

The Writer's Cube was thought to be an urban legend and Kathy doesn't believe him and buys the computer anyway and sets it up. After allowing her seven year old son, Steve to play on it, he starts to get sucked in and Kathy goes after him, which cause them to shrink. And they're minuscule no matter what. Now, using different websites, Kathy, with the help of Ben, must rescue herself and her son before the Writer's Cube destroys them and possibly the whole world.All Rights Reserved

Benny Washington, unable to relate to his distant father, and wracked with guilt over the recent death of his mother, seeks solace in best friend Peter Hall, comic books, and ballet-a passion he and Peter share. When Benny learns on the Internet that a machine accidentally delivered to his house is a way to talk with God and desperate to apologize to his deceased mother, he decides to use it. Alongside Peter, Peter's older sister Emma, and Fremond-a boy with a crush on her, Benny makes contact with an entity that claims to be God. Instead of contacting Benny's mother, the entity escapes the machine and takes refuge inside a computer game developed by Benny's father. The game, set in a virtual San Francisco, allows the creature to move freely about the real city and attack people at will. With the aid of the mysterious Mr. Yang-the intended recipient of the package, Benny's dad, and SFPD Detective Amy Wong, the kids set out to track the creature. Deducing that it wants Benny above all else, they concoct a risky plan to trap it, with Benny as bait. When the plan goes horribly awry, Benny realizes that sacrificing himself may be the only way to save his family and friends. (This book is an adaptation of my screenplay of the same name that won 1st Place in the 2017 Scriptapalooza Competition. The screenplay remains, as yet, unproduced.)

Also perma-death after a certain point. perma-death means that they can still use the radio but airy cannot respawn anybody. To explain how each batch gets hungry: Batch 3 does not need to eat, batch 2 needs to eat only once every- like- 3 months, batch 1 needs to eat like a human does. FORMATION OF THE IDEA: I was talking about ONE to someone when I realized, do they have to eat in ONE? There are scenes where Liam is eating breakfast and Charlotte is cutting carrots but it's never said if they NEED to eat. They're seen on the plane without any food for over seven months. So I got the brilliant idea to make them get hungry and likely have some characters resort to other sources of food!
