James is the son of a powerful mage but he didn't want to do black magic so he refused with kind of enraged his father but one day a Moonshadow elf traveled across the border and got captured by james farther and James did the unspeakable and set her free but she told him to become a good mage, which confused him because humans couldn't use Arcane Magic.
