Mackenzie Fife always looked forward to summer. The stars along the mountain tops and the cool evening as she sat near the fire excited her more than she cared to admit. So when her parents announced their summer long vacation to the Outer Banks, Mackenzie felt like hiding. As anxiety and fear gripped her heart, she couldn't prepare herself to meet JJ, a island native with tantalizing blue eyes. His smile and charm coaxed her closer to him, but she couldn't. His face looked too similar - to familiar.

Skyler is a young girl from Australia, her mother is very sick with cancer and her father is in jail. She moved to outer banks to move in with her grandparents so her mother can be looked after by them, she is very smart and loves the ocean. She has tan skin, dirty blonde hair and a fit body. Skyler dreams of being an athlete surfer one day and hopes she will do her mum proud. TW- there is a bit of swearing and violence and drug reference in this story so if you are not comfortable with that please don't read Please read!! I chose not to follow the storyline of outerbanks because i feel it has been used a lot and wanted to make it more original, i do not own any of these characters except for skylar. ☺️Complete
