Nemikaze Kiyoshi was know as the Fourth Hokage's younger sister and the fastest person to ever walk the earth. She was the Blue Death of the Leaf and best friend to Hatake Kakashi. Ad Avatar Nemikaze she could do anything, be anyone. As Hawk, the ANBU, she was protector of the Leaf. All she ever wanted was to protect the village and family her brother died for, and she was going to do it no matter the cost. (I don't own any of the art unless I've stated that I do. All I own in the story is Kiyoshi and a few other OCs.)
