Nemikaze Kiyoshi was know as the Fourth Hokage's younger sister and the fastest person to ever walk the earth. She was the Blue Death of the Leaf and best friend to Hatake Kakashi. All she ever wanted was to protect the village and family her brother died for, and she was going to do it no matter the cost. (I don't own any of the art unless I've stated that I do.
