And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah: "They are dead, nay; they are living, though ye perceive it not"
The Holy Quran

Winston Churchill once said "History is written by the victors", this is probably true. However, Mr. Churchill's observation is disproved when applied to the conflict between the oppressed Imam Hussain and the Omayyad Khalif Yazid. This conflict embodied the Prophet Mohammad's word's in which he said "the greatest jihad is to speak the word of truth into the face of a tyrant". Moreover, a conflict resonating with the Holly Quran's passage quoted in the begging of this introduction. A passage perfectly illustrating Yazid's tyranny leading to the massacre of Imam Hussain and his 70 odd followers. This violent death immortalised as an unconventional victoty in the history books. Although fourteen hundred years old, the historical battle in in Karbala continues to capture the minds and hearts of millions across boundaries of language, land and time.

1 part Complete
A Tale of Divine Judgment, Betrayal, and the Rise of a New Nation Back-Cover Synopsis: "And when Our command came, We made the highest part of the city its lowest and rained upon them stones of hard clay, layer upon layer, marked from your Lord. And Allah's punishment is never far from the wrongdoers." (Qur'an 11:82-83) In the heart of a land consumed by sin and arrogance, Prophet Lut (peace be upon him) stands alone as the last voice of truth. Sent to a people who have long abandoned righteousness, he warns them of the consequences of their wickedness, pleading for their repentance. But his warnings fall on deaf ears, and even within his own home, betrayal festers-his own wife has turned against him, choosing the company of the corrupt over faith. Meanwhile, his towering and fearless son, Malik, a warrior of strength and conviction, struggles between the urge to fight for his people and the wisdom his father teaches him: that the battle belongs to Allah alone. As the final night of Sodom approaches, two mysterious travelers-Archangels Jibril and Mikael (peace be upon them)-arrive at the home of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) with a terrifying prophecy: The wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah will be obliterated by divine wrath before the dawn. With the streets of Sodom spiraling into chaos and an army of violent warlords seeking to claim everything in their path, Lut and his righteous followers must escape before the heavens unleash their fury. But can he save his family when some of them refuse to be saved? And what will become of Malik, the warrior who refuses to turn his back on the past? A gripping tale of faith, justice, betrayal, and redemption, The Last Night of Sodom brings to life one of the most harrowing and powerful stories in history-the fall of a civilization and the rebirth of a people through the unshakable will of Allah. Tagline (for dramatic effect): "When the fire falls, only the righteous will remain."

"And they plot and plan, and ALLAH plans and ALLAH is the best of planners" (Al-Quran) "Can you tell me to whom this diary belongs?" The person gave me a bored look and I took a long breath to ease the ache in my lungs. I don't think I've ever ran this much in my life. I gave him a pleading look. "Please?! It's really important!". The person looked at me with a face void of any emotions. "Please!!" I don't think I've ever used this word for anyone except my family. I just ordered and it happened. But it didn't seem to be happening right now. I took a last glance at the person giving him a desperate look, then ran to other people. One clue, Just one!! Alteast a little hint!! I kneeled down on the road, not caring about anything and pleaded to Allah Almighty, keeping the diary close to me as it's the most precious thing in the world, the beads present in its cover poking my chest, "Please Allah! I'm sorry for all the sins I've ever done in my life. Surely, You're the most merciful. Please, find me a way to her. Let me meet her. Oh, Allah! Only You know if I don't go to her, what will happen. Please help me." I looked at the diary, its beads shining in the sunlight, and still keeping it close to my chest, I sat at the pavement looking defeated but I won't lose hope. I would not lose hope!! Then I heard heavy footsteps and then someone placed a hand on my shoulder and I turned only to feel like all the trucks of the world attacked me at once. It can't happen. No, no please no!! NOO!!! ____ It's a tale of motivation, Faith, Iman, Tawaqqul, Taqwa, mystery, twists and true love It's a tale of a diary "It all started with a Hijabi's diary! "I'm so sorry," she said, but there was no fear in her voice. "I wasn't looking where I was going." I clenched my jaw. "You should have been." To my surprise, she didn't back down. "Well, maybe you should watch where you're going, too. It's not like I did this on purpose." I stopped, stunned. "Do you have any idea who you're speaking to?" Her eyes didn't flinch. "Yes, I do. And I don't care. I'm not going to stand here while you blame me." I was taken aback. Most people would've cowered, but she didn't. "Next time, be more careful," I said, colder now. "I will," she replied, "And maybe don't judge so quickly." ***** Zahra is a kind, fierce, and hardworking woman who is deeply dedicated to her religion.
