Captivated

His fingers ran through my hair, gently but harshly, tugging me closer yet.
"I am the worst thing that could have happened to you", he said tenderly. "But I will never let you go".

"Got you", he whispered, his voice silky and low. That bastard, he knew how alluring his eyes were. Once you looked, there was no going back. One glance and my resolve crumbled. As much as I wanted to tear my eyes away, I couldn't.

Arya Carlson works at her dream job - at the Holston's institution. Despite the dark rumours that surround her job, she's determined to make it work.

As the days go by, she realises something is being kept hidden, deep in the basement. A beast. One that wants her, before he has even seen her.

After an incident leads to her working with him, she tries to keep her distance but there is just something that draws her to him, something so irresistible.

But love is never simple.

Not when he's kept in a basement.

Especially not when his enemy wants her too.

Arya must fight her way through the thick shroud of mystery that surrounds him and figure out what's going on before it is too late to save him from his own nightmares.
