Inspired by the movie, Forrest Gump, Björn Ulvaeus sits on a bench in Stockholm in 2019 after a long day of recording the new ABBA songs which are yet to be released. He ends up telling his life story to strangers sitting next to him on the bench after being overwhelmed with nostalgia from the ABBA years and from his marriage to Agnetha Fältskog, his soulmate and true love, whom he divorced many years ago and still has feelings for after all those years and especially after finding an old children's book that had belonged to their son, Christian, inside his briefcase. Little does he know, Agnetha still has feelings for Björn as well and has been waiting for him to come back this entire time and is still waiting.

Her ex-husband, Björn Ulvaeus, is happily married as are her two other band mates, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. With the release of ABBA Gold and a possible ABBA reunion looming, will Agnetha finally face her fears and leave her abusive husband and face the public once more?
