Never enough heroes! (Hero Toga X Vigilante Deku) Hiatus

Himiko Toga is starting her 3rd year at U.A, she admits she's not the best hero, but she still tries her best through her course. While Toga and her friends have been focusing on there hero course, they've heard rumors of a vigilante taking matters into their own hands and U.A is interested in finding out who this vigilante is (I don't own My hero academia, the characters or artwork, only the story involved and there will be personality changes and each U.A student will be 18 years of age as well as Izuku and Toga having different quirks with it being an alternate universe, some heroes will be villains and some villains will be heroes)
