Brawl town is the place where all brawlers live. It's more of a dimension than a place. All the brawlers are born with their abilities - starpowers and gadgets - and discover them over time. Shelly's gadget was the only ability she had discovered yet, but she simply tried to ignore it, though she has always been curious about it. Then one day her life changed. She got put in the brawl dimension.
