It can be in the middle of a chapter, beginning of a chapter, etc. Also, William's one-sided obsession/worship is canon in this universe, but nothing romantic will happen between Henry or William because I just don't ship it. Althought, William may be feeling some feelings, it'll continue to be one sided.
