In the tribe, of Erdas, every child must discover if they will summon a spirit animal, a rare and incredible gift. Y/n M/n L/n was rare even among those few. She summoned a legendary animal--brave guardians who were reborn to protect their world. Except hers was no ordinary Great beast, it was the twin of the Leopard Uraza. Y/n was good friends with Uraza's summoner, Abeke, and her friends Conor, Meilin, and Rollan. Once Y/n decides to go and explore a little more than what her tribe knows and leaves her friends behind with a single letter saying "I've gone to explore a little and won't be back for a while. Love Y/n." She sets off with Urete her companion and spirit animal into the unknown lands that surround her tribe when she comes across people fighting humanoids known to her as titans. She doesn't understand why they were fighting due to the friendship and treaty with her the tribe and the titans have made. Join Y/n and find out what happens when she meets these new people.

This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first. This story starts at the fall of Wall Maria from your perspective as a young girl who lived in the Shiganshina district, I'll leave the age unspecified if I can but at the end she will definitely be over 18 years old. Then I will go into a time skip after developing the relationship between the reader and Levi as he helps the reader through their depression, I just wanted to get some background into the story first since it's important to how the reader ends up meeting Levi. I'm going to write for a female reader since it should be easier for me to write for this story that way, but I plan on doing more gender neutral stories in the future if this goes over well. This will only be rated 18+ near the end (Like literally only in the last chapter) as I mostly want to focus on the relationship the reader forms with Levi and I don't want my first story to be pure smut.
