Grace Field Orphanage was a child's paradise. Their caretaker was a saint. All of the orphans were closely knit into one big family. All except one.

[Name] had never felt this familial connection, nor did she ever experience the childish joy that her "siblings" did. She always stayed by the sidelines, watching her so-called family as they lived their perfect lives playing house. That had always been her life, until this random boy shoves his way into her life, bringing three gremlins with him.

Living her life with these new lights, [Name] had been blinded by the lantern as the rest of them had. Flash forward seven years, and now she is the lantern's tender, leading the children away with its light.
