The Third Installment in the Midoriya Twins Series.   
Eight years have passed since the Midoriya Twins set out on different paths. Izuku has continued to stand tall as his father's legacy, and is making a name for himself in the hero world. His twin sister Izumi on the other hand has taken on the persona "No Mercy" and uses the quirk All for One to rise in power in the world's underbelly. When their professional lives start to interfere with their personal ones, chaos ensues.

Both of them are villains and have killed many people and are trying to convince deku to do the same. And on top of it all his all time favorite hero All-Might tells him he can't be a hero with a villains quirk. Dabi is apprehended by the police and several heroes. Once they interrogate for what little information they could, fingerprints and DNA samples were taken. Overcoming the heavy resistance from him, even with restraints on, the truth of Dabi's identity is revealed. His black dye is washed out and the todoroki family is notified for the investigation of this case. After years, Shouto comes face to face with his oldest brother, Touya Todoroki. This is a brotherly love type of fanfic, yes I do with the Touya theory and this will not contain any explicit moments, or any implied romantic relationships, it focuses on Dabi and Shouto being bros. Disclaimer guys this will have SPOILERS for the manga! And this was just written for fun, nothing more. Izuku Midoriya is a young prince in the land of Dagoba and lives in the castle with his sweet mother, Inko, and unhappy father, HisashiiiI. Hisashi is the king and wants his son to marry and pretty much as soon as he is born. Unlike most royal blood, Izuku is born without a quirk. His father is upset with this fact and thinks the only solution is to pretend his son is a girl and have someone marry him. Hisashi doesn't want the responsibility of having a quirkless boy. Izuku doesn't want to marry anyone, especially marrying someone only for them to find out they were lied to. Hisashi, being good friends with a fellow fire user, arranges a marriage between his child and their youngest son. Shoto Todoroki was born to Enji Todoroki, a nobleman who is great friends with the king. He has been in an arranged marriage for his whole life, but the main problem for him is he has never even met the princess. His father trains him to become the best husband he can be, this includes swordplay and other ways of fighting. Having some royal blood in their line they have quirks and he also is trained with it.
