(After the events of season 13 and I repeat not a bruise ship they are just both really good friends) The ninja decided they wanted to explore Ninjago a bit before returning home. During their travels they come across a island that was something out of a fairytale. Cole likes it because maybe that means he can finally find a way to get Kai to be his boyfriend. Princess Vania had given him flirting advice, but none of it seemed to work. Cole knew Kai was bi and just really hoped he could find a way to get Kai to feel the same way he did. They were taken by surprise when they accidentally set an ancient threat loose, and nothing could ever have prepared them for the mayhem that followed suit. After the Oni, it seemed as if Lloyd and Misty's relationship was on its way to being patched up, but as time continued Lloyd still struggled with what happened between him and Harumi.
