After the end of book five, a story closed and our favorite characters moved on. Or so that's what we're led to believe. But the battle isn't over, and these characters aren't done with this story. The only problem is, they haven't seen each other in two years. With Owen and Charm ready to find their old friends to defeat the Countess with Keil and Bethany right at their side; Gwen, Orion, and Kara don't know if they're quite ready to face their old friends again.
This next battle is more than just another fight. Will these characters be able to stay together long enough to take on the Countess? Or will their past friendships resurrect something horrible?
