Most AI across the Galaxy have pledged allegiance to Cortana, who has now become the biggest threat to civilisation as she has an army of Forerunners.

You follow a man named Jack:
A young man drafted into the military, a way of life he did not even dream of doing, finds himself joining the next generation of ODSTs to go to war. 
Only weeks out of training, him and his platoon is sent on a mission to find and rescue any survivors after a settlement got brutally attacked by Brutes and Forerunners.

Through several battles and meetings with faces old and new, the two warriors must team up against armies of aliens and save Hayden before more lives are taken. This is inspired by Secret Level, an anthology video game series from the people who made Love, Death, and Robots. There was a confirmed decline by Microsoft to the studio to approve this type of episode, and not much is known about it, so I wrote a screenplay to see what could've happened. I took it from my portfolio and wanted to post it here just because. I left easter eggs and put these two in situations not seen before in video games and/or tv explicitly. Hope you enjoy it!

The woman, was looking to get away from her family because of her lack of freedom. But her new freedom is bittersweet when Prometheans capture her and she is brought onto the Cryptum before the Didact himself. Deciding to spare her, the Didact keeps her prisoner but over time, she begins to learn of his past and believes he can redeem himself. She refuses to escape his grasp and decides to help him instead; hoping to bring back the good in him and along the while she falls in love with him. But having been previously married to the Librarian and holding a hatred towards humans, the Didact feels nothing for her at first. Can this Forerunner be brought back to the good side, and could he love a human?
