If you are struggling to commit to sobriety, here's Phil Lovin's advice for you - Keep track of your drug use by taking note of when & how much of it you use. Doing so will provide you with a better idea of the role addiction is playing in your life; Note down the pros & cons of quitting, as well as the costs & benefits of continuing with drug use; Write down all the things that are important for you, like your partner, kids, pets, job, health, etc. Now also write down how your drug use is affecting these things; Ask someone close to you about what they think of your drug use; and Ask yourself what's preventing you from committing to sobriety. Also, think of what could help you make a change?
