19 year old Vanessa Clark is making the life changing decision by moving out of her parents house and moving to Michigan.
When her car gets two flat tires, she decides to go find some help. While she's exploring, she finds a house. She decides to check in for a couple days to make sure no one lives there.
When she's sure no one does, she decides to move in and she needs to hunt and such to survive.
Ever since she first saw the house, weird things started to happen.
Creepy notes, smiling animals, fires, voices. But what really creeped her out were the letters. They always had the word: Smile on it every time. Till one day, she finds a dog.
She watched as it was starving and needed a home, so she decided to take care of it herself.
But when she notices the dog grows a smile even bigger than the other each day, it starts creeping her out, so she lets it go.
