A young girl sails to an unknown town in search of her boyfriend of two years against her mother's will. Her boyfriend had left in search of greener pasture but had promised to send in letters - the only means of communication alongside telegram.
However, these letters never came and so she made a decision to search for him. During her course of searching for him, she meets another who professes his love for her.
Now she is at crossroad on whom to choose: The man available or her boyfriend whom she still hadn't seen in a long while.
This story is set in the Eastern and Western part of Nigeria (1982-1986)
