When the Covid-19 started to surge in the Philippines, April Anne Martinez, 17 years old, unfortunately became one of the thousands Pilipinos who acquired the disease. Being quarantined in a hospital, April will find herself having nothing to do but to wait for her health's progress or recess, and of course, talk to the only person she has contact with-her doctor, Angelo.
April and Angelo, both strangers in each life will suddenly become closer and will learn a lot of things with each other, which they never expected to happen during this pandemic.
This is a tale of friendship, unending thoughts, hope, and circumstances between life and death. Will things get better or just become worse for them? And what's this biggest twist that lies beneath April's head?
