After 3 young teens move into a new house, they realise their neighbours aren't who they think they are. One day, a suspicious, high-pitched scream can be heard from the house next door. They distract their grumpy, over-protective neighbour, only to find our that he is none other than Mr. R.L.Stein, the author of the famous Goosebumps stories.
After getting caught for breaking and entering by his young teenage daughter, Lyra, adventure sparks when they accidentally release a world of monsters from the clutches of ink and paper, and are forced to help save their town before it gets abducted by all kinds of frights and horrors.
