Halloween is the one day of the year that Goth girl Asavari Banks is treated as if she were normal. Although she is comfortable in her own skin, she still relishes blending with the campus crowd for once, especially when her best friend snags her a date with her longtime crush—a pre-med pretty boy who is more kakis and ties than leather and guyliner. Regardless of their differences, Asa is determined to make a lasting impression and snag the boy of her dreams.
