"Fire. The embodiment of energy and heat in physical form. A life that eats all else to survive, a flickering power of creation and destruction, from its sombre ember glow, to the deep red mouths that feed forever. Before all else, this was it. A golden flame that engulfed all of creation with its divine splendour, for it is and was all. The waves of space a beautiful yet harsh land of golden lights, nothing could exist but it, whatever did try to grow, was eaten without thought, without remorse, for the flame must survive, for that's all a fire can know, that's all that life can know. To consume to survive, no matter the cost..." A Universe, forged in a great sea of flame, knows no rest. The mortal world a new creation of the God's, a toy to most, and endless story to others. With it once being their sworn oath to protect the world, warping to see it as the greatest prize... Meanwhile, the land of the mortals, Known as Skybreaker, The Kingdom of Warbreaker continues in a conquest to conquer the world though its sheer might. Though the priests of the Great Gods have begun to act weary. With the sky above their heads swirling from the once great blue heavens, now swirl in storms of red. A war is brewing, and it will be like no other.

I laugh at you pitiful humans who scurry about this Earth with out a purpose seeking only life, but finding only death. I welcome death. I know what is coming, and the Goddess of Darkness will welcome me into her kingdom when I die. For now, I serve her purpose. I fight wars in her name, and serve as her avatar when needed. When she first came to me, she burned the love out of my heart. Now I find only humor in silly human affections. Love. It's such a short and despicable word. Maybe I could just enjoy fighting until I died, if it wasn't for the city. My city. My own corrupted city that cast me out for saving one of the city's own. The city I spit upon for its treatment of the gods and goddesses chosen people. I swear that one day, I will come back. Something must be done, and maybe, just maybe, the Goddess of the Absence of Light might choose me as her instrument of salvation, or destruction.
