SouDam fic but Kazuchi has the Hanahaki disease.
Hanahaki Disease is a fictional disease in which a person who is in love is rejected or they believe their crush does not love them back. This then causes their lungs to fill with flowers in which they will cough up flower petals along with blood if they do not believe their crush returns their love. If the disease isnt cured the person will die of suffocation as the flowers will stop them from breathing. It can also be surgically removed but the person will lose their affection towards their crush.
This is gonna be cringy just saying.
