Things seem to be looking up for the three (now Four) Baudelaires. Violet, Klaus, and Sunny began as very intelligent people who were charming and resourceful with pleasant facial features and they will certainly end that way. Be aware that this book contains a joyful reunion, a sleuth invitation, four suspects, and blueberry muffins and while it is nowhere near as woeful as the orphans' previous experiences, it is equally as mysterious and as curious. If you want to, you can look away, but it's best advised that you don't, unless you'd rather stare at a wall for the rest of the unfortunate situation the world finds itself in.

1. This is a very book-canon story. I love the Netflix series, but I wanted this to be a sort of "realistic" continuation of my boy Lemony Snicket's work.
2. I write most of this on my phone and since autocorrect is infuriating, there may be a few mistakes. PLEASE comment so I can correct them.
3. I'm re-reading the books because I haven't read them in AGES so if something is incorrect, know that I will fix it after I read the books.
4. This story will end up being a very intense mystery, but with a very happy ending. Be warned!
5. Constructive criticism is helpful. Rudeness is not :)
6. The book will feature some of my own artwork throughout it. So be on the lookout for that ;) Most of it is by using references. The cover is mine.
7. OBVIOUSLY IM NOT THE GENIUS THAT IS LEMONY SNICKET! I OWN NOTHING BUT THE PLOT!

Klaus Baudelaire x Reader (Has some light swearing and a little violence, but is mostly child friendly) ~~~~~~~~~ Here's the gist of it: Your name is Y/n Caliban, and you're the daughter of Olivia Caliban. The Baudelaires were your close friends for a while, but then you moved away and you guys drifted apart. They show up at the school you attend a few years later, and you quickly become friends again. Long story short, you get involved with V.F.D. and go on adventures with the Baudelaires while trying to hide the way you maybe-sorta-really like Klaus because you're afraid it will ruin your friendship with him. ~~~~~~~~~~ This starts in in The Austere Academy, and may go on for a few books/episodes after that, but probably won't be too long of a book. It might have some fluff here and there (mostly Dunclet and Jalivia fluff), but it's a semi-slow burn between you and Klaus. It's based more on the show than the books. •Not discontinued anymore! Yay!• Updates may be a little slow, and I don't have any sort of schedule for updating, so please be patient with me :)

Cassie, the second oldest, was good with fighting and weapons. Klaus was unbelievably smart and Sunny, the youngest, had razor sharp and hard teeth. Sadly, out of the 4, Cassie was looked down on the most. She had someone who made her feel complete through her darkest days but they got separated. Will they be able to get back to eachother or was it not meant to be? Edited 1/17 chapters.
