When Nine year old Summer Anderson goes on a balloon ride with her parents, the appearance of a storm and a mysterious girl in a blue coat causes the murder of her mother and father. She is blamed for the accident and spends 2 years of her life struggling with trials, lawyers and bail attempts. And still struggling to come to grips with the magical happenings of that night, and juggling her normal life.

7 years later and she has been declared guilty and is living her life in juvenile detention, and the incident of her parents death doesn't concern her much anymore. That is until the girl in the blue coat shows up again and gets her out of detention. She is introduced to a world of magic that will change her life, and she will soon realise far more happened on that night than she could have ever imagined.

I smile as I look up at the stars, that are twinkling brightly. They're so beautiful. I can't wait for my walk in the park. I start to feel dizzy and think about going inside. When Jake kills the stalker, he ends up killing himself too, and now Emily can only see him in her dreams. Now, she has to handle a lot more than his house and herself while he's gone because of there little camping trip.
