Xavian De Armas, being the nephew of an infamous assassin in America, is trained to kill at Monarch Academy; home to the top assassins and people of the underground world in the country.

His life became more interesting when his rival, one of New York's best solo assassins; Cassius Sidorov transfers to Monarch from Knights, their rivals. Cassius was a lot of things: sarcastic, rude, too serious, petty, and annoying. The idea of ever calling it truce was never happening in their minds.
