Miraculous au: reverse crush.
During a party at Lila's house, nearby shrieks erupts out in the hallway. Adrien as well as all the other guests glower at the blood stained stairs and thrown unconscious body of Marinette Dupain-Cheng.
After the inexplicable murder, Marinette is pronounced dead and the murder case is closed with no further investigations . In the same week, Ladybug is suddenly pronounced dead but Adrien undoubtedly continues to look for answers.
Days of mourning past and Adrien is sent to retrieve the Ladybug miraculous, on behalf of Master Fu, to search for a new holder. He tracks it down to the location and ends up at Marinette's old home. He finds his life spiralling downhill as he realises Ladybug was his first love - Marinette.
In a desperate and selfish attempt to rescue her from death, he calls upon the past ladybug and cat miraculous holders to grant him his wish - to save Marinette no matter the cost.

Marinette's life was getting bad ever since Lila promise to her in which she told lies about what Marinette did but didn't do in which all of her friends except for Chloe, Nino, Alix, Kagami Juleka, Zoe and Luka turned against her and bullied her and not even Adrien who was her crush but got rejected by him and told her to take the high road saying that Lila's lies weren't hurting anyone but they were in which they were hurting her badly. Marinette's ex friends started to bully her and hurt her while Adrien didn't do anything to stop Lila from ruining her life in which the love for Adrien died out because Marinette sees for what he truly is and that is a spineless coward who doesn't do anything but take the liar's side instead. But everything was going to change when someone new arrived who shares some similarities to the Agreste and he will not be like the others who fall for the liar but instead will help Marinette with her problems as well as finding a new love interest because the new guy is very compassionate and kind as well as smart.
