Annie has one goal for her life: to spend more time with her sister Jessa. Although it is difficult because Jessa lives with her crazy and homophobic aunt Maggie. In order to make her dream come true, a summer vacation with her sister, Annie agrees to whatever her aunt Maggie asks. But when her aunt asks Annie to go onto the Bachelor as a contestant, Annie winds up with more than a simple bargain. Annie finds herself falling quickly for the reality show's lead, Flynn, who is kinder and more real than she anticipated. Racist competitors, catty women, and an ex-girlfriend she did not expect to see at the mansion all catch up to her. Annie finds herself struggling to see if she keep her cool and survive her reality television nightmare. This is a story of love, family drama, closets, and a bit of trashy television thrown in the mix.
