A little peek into Demir's mind during the breakfast scene in episode 11. This being one of my favourite scenes of the series, I couldn't help but write a little bit about what he was possibly thinking. Here's my take on the scene. Hope you all enjoy the read =]

Gorya is in the hospital because preeclampsia. Thyme arrives straight from the airport after leaving The United Kingdom the moment he recieved a call from Ren. When he sees Gorya resting, he doesn't allow himself to leave her side. That is when his demons give him a reminder of how he met Gorya and all the ways he hurt her. His demons tease him on his love for Gorya and the love he feels for their unborn daughter. They also show him what would have happened had Ren not been there to save Gorya. Especially that one particular time where she had almost been raped from those highschool guys. (Episode 2 when we hear the tear of her uniform shirt) AN: It's 5 years since the finale episode. I've always wondered how Thyme would have acted had he had to face his demons especially when he was the cause of Gorya being injured, hurt, almost raped (the live action dramas only) and now her life hangs in the balance...

We will care for her as our own. From now on, she is my child along with Bahadir, Batur, and Aygul," Dundar Bey relieved, patting Ceyda's cheek lovingly. "Then, I entrust her to first Allah, then you and my brother, Ertugrul." Sungur Tekin kissed his daughter's forehead and embraced her into a tight hug, inhaling her sweet, lily scent, ensuring he would remember her fragrance after she left. "I don't want to leave you, Baba," cried Ceyda, grabbing onto her father's arms. "What if I miss you?" "For sure, we will miss each other, my daughter, more beautiful than the moon. But I promise you will enjoy staying at my brother's tribe, and it will be safer. The Mongols ruined our tribe, Ceyda'm. You will be at peace there and happy, I promise. Don't you trust me?" Ceyda thought about her father's kind and convincing words, looking into his dark eyes, identical to hers, for any sign of dishonesty. When she saw nothing but sincerity, she nodded. "Okay... but you have to promise we will see each other again." "Sabir, Kizim. Have patience, and you will brave every journey. I promise." She clutched her father one last time, shutting her eyes and letting tears fall onto his shoulder before climbing into the cart with the rest of the family.
