After the flash of realization that todoroki isn't the best for poor midoriya because of various things that todoroki has inflicted on midoriya such as:
Yelling, abuse (verbally), cheating, being forgotten and turned back on. He rhen decides to break up with todoroki.
He then finds himself taking a liking to dabi and well we'll see what happens then.

In secret he was always mean to bakugo in every way possible, even hitting him. So Katsuki grew sad and fought to tell the truth about this member.)
