Sophie was a normal girl before he came to town. Sophie thought to do the nice gesture of showing him around school and hanging out so he didn't feel too nervous being the new kid. Later on Sophie learns that his intentions coming to this new school wasn't to be educated and that he wants Sophie's help. She seemed like the perfect person to help too.
