Deanu is a struggling tattoo artist, just trying to make ends meet so that at the end of the day, she and her cat, Boo, can curl up together at home. Oh and also, y'know, so she can pay her rent and afford to eat.

Anika is new in town, her florist business having just started in the shop next to Deanu's. Coming from a less than stellar past, Anika wants to spread her warmth and her wings, and forget what had happened to her before.

So, when the two of them inevitably start to clash, then to fall, Deanu might find the sun, but Anika might be finding she has to unearth her past, before she can truly start to heal.
