Kotori Hinakawa is a sixteen-year-old girl, amidst her normal life, little things here and there begin to point towards the fact that her life would change forever. Meeting boys outside of family despite not knowing them or being in public school; that was just the beginning of it. The crime rate had begun to rise- but there was nowhere to go.

i have no shame, so i can't say i'm sorry about this. all i will say is that i'll make it as not-cringy as possible. i haven't written anything about sonic since i was twelve, so i can't particularly say that every character will be perfectly in-character, but i'll be doing my best.
