Alphonse Lucas "Blitz" as people called him is a well-known drug dealer around Harlem until he sets his eyes on the beautiful Angel Anotelli who resides in the Upper West Side neighborhood raised by his mob-connected brother and also sets his eyes on Harlem's well-known hustler "Blitz," they both form a relationship in secrecy with each other due to disapproval of same-sex relationship and interracial relationship from their neighborhoods, families, and friends.

This story is inspired by the song "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." And the movie Paid in Full and Do the Right Thing.
