Ellie Knight is the complete opposite of her twin brother Elliot.

-She has excellent grades. He doesn't even take his exams.

-She likes to read books. He likes to burn them.

-She's a good girl. He's a delinquent.

When Elliot comes home drunk for the hundredth time that week, her parents lose it. They decide to send him off to the Anderson family across the country so they would try and tame him. In exchange the Knight family would be taking in the Anderson's own delinquent, Ryan. After Ellie's parents travel to Germany for her grandmother's treatment, they leave her with the responsibility of making Ryan a gentleman and taking care of her three years old sister Emily. The entire summer vacation.
