Three different couples specifically grow closer and find out how savage they can truly get when it comes to keeping themselves alive.
Rosalie Parker is the head chearleader of the university and is secretly sleeping with one of the smartest guys on campus, Victor Owens but has to keep it a secret because of their reputation.
Piper Carson only has a few friends on campus. Actually, she only had Victor, her childhood best friend to eat with her at lunch and hang out with her. Along with her bestfriend, she was labelled as a nerd but secretly has a crush on the school's quarterback, Ollie Parker. I mean who didn't? She knows he's out of reach, but promises to try and talk to him at the graduation party before they part for good.
Hot headed, Klause Bryer doesn't really like interacting with other people and just wants to finish college, never having to see anyone from his college again. He just wanted to finish his football scholarship and leave for good. He didn't expect to stumble into Ursula Owens, who won't stop talking to him.
Three couples team up in order to survive the apocalpyse and find out who or what caused it, in order to finally find a cure and go back to their normal lives.

Outbreak: The Silence Before
The story begins in a seemingly typical day at a school campus, filled with the usual hustle and bustle of students attending their classes, talking with friends, and preparing for the end of the school day. The characters, a diverse group of friends and classmates, go about their normal routines without any suspicion of the impending doom. The friendships between Denisse, Euanne, Eunice, Eunise, Samantha, Jasemaine, Lei, Lowie, Atasha, Eriel, Roa, Vaneza, Maia, Ryjel, Princess, Rhianna, Power, Kaizer, Stephen, Liam, Mary, and Keziah give a sense of community and normalcy, where everyone is simply focused on their studies, weekend plans, and sharing moments with each other. However, the peace of this day is shattered when a freak accident in the school leads to a rapid outbreak. A student from another grade interacts with a rat infected with dangerous chemicals and rabies, causing a chain reaction. That student becomes the first zombie, and the infection spreads quickly through the school campus and the surrounding barangay. The sounds of chaos and screams echo in the hallways, setting off alarms among the students who, at first, think it's some sort of prank. But as the tension grows, they soon realize that what they're witnessing is no joke. With the school's phone lines down and no way to call for help, the students barricade themselves inside their classrooms. The realization of the outbreak sets in slowly as they face their fears and prepare for whatever horrors await them outside the walls. Some are terrified, others are in denial, but one thing is certain: their world has changed. Their survival instincts will be tested as the outbreak begins to tear their world apart.
