If you see someone you've never really felt anything towards sacrifice them-self to save you, what would you feel?
Confusion, that was what he felt at first, but slowly, even before he knew it, he started to regret, to truly feel remorseful. More than that, he was pained by her death, and he missed her. How painful was one year, how could he live a another day, that was what he was thinking when he realized he woke up as his thirteen year old kid self.
