Tamaki didn't know of his existence, Kyoya Ootori didn't know of his existence, all of Japan didn't know of his existence and he wants it to stay that way. He hated Suzuru Suoh and Shizue Suoh. The latter more than the former and he steered away from the host club. He was happy with his life and he doesn't want any changes. He now has a loving family that his real one couldn't provide him, he has friends and a bright future, but what if God has something else in store for him?
